The Tour Against Cruelty: Over 100 thousand reached!

July 24, 2017

We've been on the road since June 16, and we're heading toward the end of this phase of our Tour Against Cruelty.

Over 100 thousand people have already received information about factory farming and compassionate food choices, and we've raised awareness about conditions for chickens in the supply chain of fast-food giants Hardee's and Carl's Jr. (owned by parent company CKE).

The response has been overwhelming, including multiple protests, countless boycott images, petition signatures and lots of one-on-one education and engagement around the issues of farm animal cruelty.

And, we're not quite done yet.

We've moved into America's heartland, then it's back to the West Coast, where we will finish up the tour on August 6. (But we plan to extend the tour in the fall, so look for more information soon.)

In the meantime, there's still a lot of ground to cover and many more people to reach. Energy and excitement is high, and we're stoked to keep up the momentum!

If you haven't been following along, check out our website to see where we've been and who we've met. While you're there, please take a few moments to help us send a powerful message to Hardee's and Carl's Jr. by signing our petition, commenting on Facebook or calling the companies directly.

Add your voice to the growing movement for meaningful change for chickens!
